Those I "Cherish"

This handsome man is my hubby with his niece Rebecca at her wedding May 31. He is truly my best friend and confidante! I love you, Babe!

Our gorgeous daughter, Misti, and her husband Adam.
They will be celebrating their one year wedding
anniversary this next Monday, June 23!

As you have guessed, this is the
"precious & dearly held"
Cherish Elyse.
She is 2 1/2 years old and the joy of our life!

I love the rest of my extended family and friends dearly! I just thought that I should start this blog with my immediate family. I want to say a little something to each of you now.

Stephen, our 23 years have really been wonderful! How could I ask for a better husband, friend, father to my girls, father-in-law to Adam, and for a better pastor? I love you, babe!

Misti, you have grown into a beautiful, godly, lovely young lady. As I watch you with your father, husband, baby sister and with our church, I sit back as a "Godly Proud" mommy! God has truly answered my prayers for you from the time you were born! I love you, doll!

Cherish, you are mommy's little doll. I am so thankful that God saw fit to let you be mine! You are gorgeous and I love you dearly!! Mommy's little goose!

Adam, I have prayed from the day I found out that I would be having Misti that God would send her a Godly man that God would fashion the man after Himself and that he would love her and live for Him. I know that He answered that (Even if you didn't smile in this picture!) I love you!

These are the most "Cherished!" I am truly blessed! We all have family, born into or married into. We don't all feel that we have received the most wonderful in these things. I, however, have been more than blessed with the ones given to me!

All my love, Mom

Chele, thanks for commenting! I'm sure I'll get you on here soon! I've got a cute pic of you and Andrew at Becca's wedding. I may do a wedding post later. It was really fun doing this one of my family! Don't you like the name of the blog? To Cherish! Double meaning with Cherish being my girly and then "To Cherish" my family!

Hey again...Yes, I love the name of the blog. It's very unique and special. I think you need to put yourself on the blog. After all, the author deserves some recognition. I think the whole blogging "thing" is really cool. I don't know anything about it or how to do it, but it's cool just the same. Of course, I'm still trying to figure out how to send a comment to you without it being annonymous. Guess it's a good thing I can sign my name on the comment. Haha!

Susan Hill said...

Well, chele, I guess you just need to have "creds" to be able to remain anonymous!!!! (inside joke for my vast number of commentors!!) Just sign after your comment or I won't know who you are!!!! No pic's of me! I'm mis NON-photogenic. Either that or I'm just plain ugly for real!!!

Anonymous said...

No talking bad about yourself. I wouldn't let anyone else call you ugly and I'm not gonna let you do it either. And it's NOT true you're beautiful inside and out. Now about the creds...that's funny! Guess if you get a comment that's annonymous with no signature you'll know it's me. The creds without the brain! Haha!

Love ya!

Hey Susan welcome to the blogging world! Your blog site is great and I enjoyed the pictures. I need to update my blog, but we have been busy with family in town and things getting a little hectic. But God is good, all the time!

Susan Hill said...

Kevin! Thanks for the encouragement! I'll try to keep mine up to date, I know I'll get behind, but it's been fun so far. But then again, we are away from home enjoying the Keyes right now. May be too hectic with the church and a 2 year old once I get home! LOL
